Overview
The Japanese market ECU for KLX250 has unrestricted ignition advance timing so it doesn't have soft rev limit as the rest of the world models. This unlocks power that was restricted for emissions compliance.

Dyno Tested
We've tested this ECU on our dyno with various configurations:
- Stock bike: +2-3 hp top end
- With intake and exhaust mods: +7-9 hp top end
- Full build: 30+ hp from the wheel achievable
Installation
Located under the left rear fender, mounted on the airbox. Unplug stock ECU, plug this one in.
For stock KLX300, add a 270cc Fuel Injector for proper fueling. For modified bikes, a fuel controller (PCFC or EJK) may be needed as an interim solution.
For best results, pair with an Airbox Snorkel for improved airflow.
